New in version 10.1: Qupra is the operator of the data centre and handles all facility matters — move-in, maintenance, invoicing and their settlement — on behalf of the owner of the building (the Datacenter Owner). For Colocation and Hosting, Qupra enters into the agreement on behalf of the Datacenter Owner, and payment is made into the Datacenter Owner’s bank account stated by Qupra on the invoice. Qupra remains the point of contact for everything. See Article 2.10.

These general terms and conditions apply to every agreement with Qupra Wholesale. They form the basis and apply to all of our services. In addition, supplementary terms and service commitments may apply depending on the service you purchase. Those supplementary documents do not replace the general terms and conditions; they add to them. Where a supplementary document governs a subject more specifically, the specific document prevails over the general one.
