New in version 10.1: Qupra is the operator of the data centre and handles all facility matters — move-in, maintenance, invoicing and their settlement — on behalf of the owner of the building (the Datacenter Owner). For Colocation and Hosting, Qupra enters into the agreement on behalf of the Datacenter Owner, and payment is made into the Datacenter Owner’s bank account stated by Qupra on the invoice. Qupra remains the point of contact for everything. See Article 2.10.

The Service Level Agreement Colocation sets out what you can expect from us for colocation: how maintenance is handled, how incidents and problems are dealt with, how changes are requested, and who is responsible for what.
The SLA does not stand on its own. It belongs to a signed agreement and applies alongside the general terms and conditions and the General Terms Colocation and Hosting.
