Our terms and conditions at a glance

Version in force: 10.1 — published on 21 September 2026, in force as of 21 September 2026; Article 10.10 supplemented as of 22 September 2026. Version 10.1 supersedes version 09-2026 and version 10-2026 of 18 September 2026; the latter did not enter into force.

New in version 10.1: Qupra is the operator of the data centre and handles all facility matters — move-in, maintenance, invoicing and their settlement — on behalf of the owner of the building (the Datacenter Owner). For Colocation and Hosting, Qupra enters into the agreement on behalf of the Datacenter Owner, and payment is made into the Datacenter Owner’s bank account stated by Qupra on the invoice. Qupra remains the point of contact for everything. See Article 2.10.

Downloads version 10.1

Qupra Wholesale works with a fixed set of documents. They never stand alone: a quotation or agreement always comes with the matching attachments, sent as separate documents so that each keeps its own version and effective date.

Which document prevails?

If two documents contradict each other, a fixed order of precedence applies. It is set out in article 2.6 of the general terms and conditions: the agreement signed by both parties comes first, then the general terms and conditions, then the Service Level Agreement, and finally any other written communication.

If you have a Master Services Agreement with us, the MSA prevails and the general terms apply in addition to it. This is covered by article 2.8.

Why two versions side by side

Each version of our terms states its publication date and its effective date. Until the effective date of a new version, the previous version remains in force. The download pages list the current version and the earlier versions, each with its date.
