In the evenings or at the weekend there is often no one in the office to answer the phone. That’s why you can set up time conditions in Kwebbl.

Here are a few examples:

Day and night schedule: during working hours telephones will ring, outside working hours the voicemail is automatically switched on to take calls.

Holidays filter: during holidays that you set yourself, a tape is played, possibly followed by the option to record something. Time conditions during holidays can be set for this and the coming years, so you don’t have to worry about it anymore.

Lunch break: When it’s time for lunch, an announcement is played automatically and the caller can leave a message.

Company outings: a day out or does the staff stop earlier in connection with a company outing? Have it ready so the caller hears a tape or goes to cellphone.

Setting up time conditions

Setting time conditions is very easy. This is all done via the dial plan. To set up the dial plan with, for example, opening hours, click on “Time conditions” in the left menu. Click on “+add” at the top right and then select “weekdays”. Name the time condition, then select the days and times the business is open. Click on ”save”

Then go to calling plans and click on the calling plan of the phone number. In the apps menu on the left, drag the “Time Condition” app into the calling plan. In a pop-up that appears you can choose which time condition you want to use. Then choose the time condition with the opening hours that you just created. Now from the app list on the left side you can drag various actions that you want to be performed. This can be, for example, a call group or a queue. Click on save to record the call route.

A call route must also be made if someone calls outside opening hours. Open the dial plan again for the desired phone number. Drag the “time condition” app into the calling plan. At the bottom it says “reverse this time condition”, check this so that it says “yes”. Now drag the actions to be performed when someone calls outside opening hours. This can be, for example, a message stating that the company is not available and the caller can be sent to a voicemail box.
