Listen to your voicemail in Kwebbl
When no one is able to pick up the phone, it often goes to voicemail. You can listen to your voicemail in Kwebbl in two ways: the “Personal” voicemail; and the “Corporate” voicemail. The personal voicemail is disabled by default.
Listen to Personal voicemail
Most organizations use a corporate voicemail box and authorize the right people to manage the box and receive the messages in their personal email. However, it can be useful for employees with their own number to use a personal voicemail box. Convenient to turn on by setting the voicemail slider to “yes”.
You can listen to the personal voicemail by calling *96 and entering the extension after it. For the “Corporate” voicemail, enter the voicemail box number after *96.
Kwebbl features a multi-level voicemail system. This system makes it possible to set up a “Corporate” and a “Personal” voicemail. You activate and manage the personal voicemail in the user panel, which you can always listen to.
Listen to Corporate voicemail
Within the login account it is also possible to set up the Corporatevoicemail. Decide for yourself which user(s) have access to manage the messages or to listen to the voicemail.
After creating the voicemail box and associated extension number (voicemail box number), you can indicate under Assign Permissions which user can manage the Corporate voicemail and thus listen in and/or delete messages.
It is also possible to set up the Corporate voicemail. You can determine yourself which user(s) have access to manage the messages and thus to listen to and delete the voicemails. Under “Assign permissions” you can do this. You can also specify how long you keep the voicemail and which welcome message plays.
