Set up an IVR in Kwebbl

It is in the interest of the callers and the organization that callers are helped quickly. There is nothing more annoying than telling the same story twice. With the help of a IVR, callers are immediately directed to the right employee who can help them. You can also set a IVR in Kwebbl. You can create them in the dial plan.
After creation, the IVR can be set up. You can set up the IVR by adding all kinds of different ‘apps’ to the left, such as a hunt group, queue or music. For example, at “Start”, set a welcome message that explains the choices in the drop-down menu. With “Invalid” an announcement can be set if the caller has made a choice that has not been entered in the IVR. Finally, with “Timeout” it can be set, for example, that an announcement can be heard if the caller after a certain time has not made a choice.
You can then indicate what happens when the caller makes a selection by pressing a key (0 to 9, * and #). This can be, for example, a queue for a certain department or the caller is transferred. After the IVR has been saved, it can be placed in the dial plan.
