What licenses are available for Hosted 3CX?
There are three different Hosted 3CX licenses available: the Standard, Pro and Enterprise version.
Standard license
The standard package is the cheapest and also the least extensive of the three Hosted 3CX licenses. For example, if you opt for the standard package, you cannot use the Microsoft 365 and CRM integration. The call center options are also very limited. Only live chat and the Facebook integration are possible. For companies with up to 25 users and 8 simultaneous calls, Hosted 3CX is completely free for the first year. After that it costs €370 per year.
Pro license
The pro package is already much more extensive than the standard package. With the pro package, all call center functions are available, such as setting up a queue, the ability to record calls or barge into the conversation with listening and whispering. Hosted 3CX is also completely free for companies with up to 25 users and 8 simultaneous calls the first year, but you have to pay €250 for the license, something that was also free in the first year of the standard version. From the second year, Hosted 3CX hosts €450 per year.
Enterprise license
The Enterprise package is the most expensive one. It actually doesn’t differ much from the Pro version. The only difference is in the Enterprise functions. Here you could already do a lot with the Pro version, such as Hot desking and the possibility to connect external offices with each other. But with the Enterprise version, for example, a built-in failover, a backup of the PBX in case of emergency, is added. Hosted 3CX with the Enterprise license costs €510 per year from the second year for companies with 25 users and 8 simultaneous calls.
