Find available networks by location and request an Internet connection
We are very proud of the fact that we can offer our partners their own environment. We would also like to explain all the different functions within the Qupra Wholesale portal as well as possible, so that your cooperation with Qupra runs smoothly.
Order an internet connection
To order an internet connection, fill in the Connectivity Checker. When you are logged in to the portal, click on “New order” and then click on “Internet”. Fill in the correct zip code, house number and any additions and press “Search for available networks” to see which connection is available at your desired location.
Choose the desired Internet connection and press “Next”. Then choose whether you want to take over an existing connection, “Migrate existing connection”, or whether you want to use a free copper line. “Use Free Line”. With the option “Test and Label” you can choose to send a technician to install everything. A plug is included via “Wall outlet” to connect everything. Finally, fill in the company details of the end user and press “order connection” to order the connection.
It is also possible to order a technician visit separately within the portal. You can also order refurbished hardware.
