In order to continue our success, we are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Senior Commercial Assistant Inside Sales with demonstrable experience within customer service sales inside sales (B2B). Are you administratively strong, insensitive to turbo language of ICT and willing to learn in this area? Then we are looking for you!
📢 Your role at Qupra: As a Senior Commercial Assistant Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Administrative support for the sales team
- Outbound sales activities (calling, emailing, etc.)
- Onboarding and mentoring of new customers
- Maintaining customer relationships and proactively responding to their needs
- Demonstrated experience in customer service sales inside sales (B2B)

📢 Your profile:
- Minimum HBO working and thinking level
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the ICT sector
- Strong administrative skills and experience with CRM systems
- Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English
- Eager to learn and willing to increase your knowledge in the field of ICT and sales increase
- Stress resistant and able to deal well with the turbo language of the ICT sector
- Demonstrable experience within customer service indoor sales (B2B)
