The Kwebbl telephone exchange offers the possibility to create a separate call route for each number, this is the route that incoming calls follow to the number. In almost every situation, you want calls to ring at the desired time interval on one or more devices. This means that all devices can ring at the same time, but one after the other or one extra at a time. This is a\u00a0hunt group. With the time condition function you can easily set which days and during something should happen. You can also transfer calls in Kwebbl.<\/p>

For example, you can have an incoming call ring on one extension during working hours and, if there is no answer, forward it to a group of extensions and then have it go through to an announcement or\u00a0voicemail. Here are some examples of how transferring works:<\/p>

– When someone calls the company, three telephones ring in the sales department. But they are all unavailable because they are busy or absent. Then the conversation moves to the head of sales. If he doesn’t answer either, the main sales mobile number is called. Finally, if they don’t answer either, the caller can leave a message on voicemail.<\/span><\/p>

– Callers to a general practice are greeted by an IVR with several options if they call withing opening hours (dial 1 for emergency, dial 2 for the assistant, dial 3 to record repeat prescriptions). The assistant can of course only handle 1 call at a time. If there are several callers, they will end up in a queue with music.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

To transfer calls go to the the dial plan. Click on the desired phone number and drag the “Transfer” app from the app list on the left side into the dial plan. Here you can select the phone number you want to transfer the caller to.
