COIN: <\/b>Association of telecom providers that manages the information and communication system (or Common Infrastructure System) that serves for the exchange of information about numbers and that includes the network and the database.<\/p>

PortingXS:<\/b><\/span> The party that submits requests for number porting on behalf of RoutIT from Ede KPN, among others, in COIN, currently owned by the former director and founder of RoutIT: Jan Hein de Baat.<\/span><\/p>

RoutIT\/KPN BV:<\/b> Party acquired by KPN in 2016, and currently operating under the name KPN Partner Network (KPN), hereinafter referred to as: KPN. The internal system that RoutIT uses is called \u201cRoutIT Irma\u201d.<\/p>

Service provider \/ telecom reseller:<\/b><\/span> a party such as Qupra that facilitates ICT and telecom services to (smaller) ICT intermediaries and resellers in the market. Examples are also Routit \/ Voiceworks \/ Motto \/ Pocos \/ Dean.<\/span><\/p>

Porter:<\/b><\/span> A natural person, legal person, or other private-law entity authorized to perform legal acts, who wishes to terminate an agreement with a party regarding the provision of a public telecommunications service, and chooses the relevant Standard NP version: 9.0 5 telecommunications service from now on to purchase from another party, whereby he wishes to continue to use the number he uses in the context of the telecommunication service purchased.<\/span><\/p>

Donor: <\/b>A party who, as holder of a number, at the request of a porter, portes this number to another party, the recipient, and\/or has an agreement with a porter for the provision of a public telecommunications service that is terminated upon porting of the number used by the porter for that service.<\/p>

Recipient: <\/b><\/span>A party to whom a number is ported at the request of a porter by another party, the donor, and\/or from whom a porter will purchase telecommunications services after the number used for that service by a porter has been ported.<\/span><\/p>

Network provider (Network Operator: NO):<\/b><\/span> Provider of public technical (Telecom) infrastructure in accordance with the law has determined:<\/span><\/p>

NO-CODE: associated COIN code for identification for exchange in automatic porting processes.<\/span><\/p>

Service provider (Service Provider: SP):<\/b> Provider of public telecom services in accordance with the law (Article 2.1 TW) has determined:<\/p>

SP-CODE : associated COIN code for identification for exchange in automatic porting processes.<\/span><\/p>

Number porting\/Number portability:<\/b><\/span> the option for the person who purchases a public telecommunications service to continue to use the number in use by him in the context of the purchased telecommunications service if he (at the termination of the agreement with regard to the provision of that service) chooses to purchase the relevant telecommunications service from another provider in future.<\/span><\/p>

Expression of will\/Authorisation<\/b><\/span>: proof of expression of will showing that the recipient is authorized by the porter and which proof must meet the applicable criteria as established in the methods and procedure of authorization as defined in the documents.<\/span><\/p>

\u201cPartners\u201d of RoutIT \/ Motto \/ Pocos \/ Dean \/ Qupra:<\/b> Partners of these parties are ICT and telecom parties such as you who conclude contracts in their own name with end users. These are therefore not resellers as if they were selling the product of, for example, KPN. This misunderstanding arises by using the term \u201creseller\u201d (reseller), but they invoice the final relationship themselves. Partners must be ACM (Article 2.1 of the Telecommunications Act) and COIN registered.<\/p>

Only the <\/span>service provider<\/b><\/span> (with whom the subscriber has a contract) can request porting of a telephone number.<\/span><\/p>

A <\/span>service provider<\/b><\/span> is the COIN name for the legal term for a \u201cpublic electronic communications service provider\u201d. A service provider must be Coin and ACM registered.<\/span><\/p>

Porting agreement:<\/b><\/span> as a result of the master agreement between telecom parties and COIN, a porting agreement is created with the request for number porting. This porting agreement sets out the conditions for porting that specific number.
